LYNDEK Advisory was founded by Declan Lynch following more than 25 years leading complex global projects, programmes, and operations across Europe, APAC, and the United States. Declan’s career has taken him from scaling an Irish SME through significant growth and acquisition to holding senior executive responsibility within a $20B Nasdaq-listed organisation, accountable for large multi-region portfolios and global delivery teams.

 

Across that journey, one consistent theme emerged: organisations rarely struggle because of a lack of ambition or strategy — they struggle at the point of execution.
